Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ IMPORTANT - Please Read Before Purchase

Due to the digital nature of our products and instant delivery via email upon successful payment, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once you receive the download link, the product cannot be returned.

1. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Digital Hustle Mart sells digital products that are delivered instantly via email immediately after payment confirmation. Unlike physical products, digital products cannot be "returned" once accessed.

1.1 Why Digital Products Are Non-Refundable

  • Instant Delivery: Products are delivered to your email within minutes of purchase
  • Immediate Access: You gain full access to all content as soon as you download
  • Cannot Be Returned: Once downloaded, the digital files are in your possession
  • Intellectual Property: Digital content represents intellectual property that cannot be "un-purchased"

Therefore, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

1.2 What This Means for You

  • ✅ Please review product descriptions, previews, and FAQs carefully before purchasing
  • ✅ Make sure you understand what's included in the product
  • ✅ Verify your email address is correct before checkout
  • ✅ Contact us before purchase if you have any questions

2. Exceptions - Limited Circumstances Only

Refunds may only be granted in the following exceptional circumstances:

2.1 Technical Issues

  • Download link doesn't work: We'll send a new link immediately (not a refund)
  • Corrupted or incomplete files: We'll re-send the product in working condition
  • File format incompatibility: We'll provide the product in an alternative format

Note: Technical issues will be resolved by providing working files, not refunds.

2.2 Payment Errors

  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately
  • Payment failed but money deducted: If payment was unsuccessful but your bank deducted the amount, we'll verify and process a refund
  • Wrong product delivered: If you received a different product than what you ordered, we'll provide the correct product

2.3 Refunds Will NOT Be Granted For:

  • ❌ "Changed my mind" after purchase
  • ❌ "Didn't like the content" (subjective preference)
  • ❌ "Already knew this information"
  • ❌ "Didn't have time to use it"
  • ❌ "Expected something different" (if product description was accurate)
  • ❌ Product already downloaded and accessed

3. How to Request Support (Not Refund)

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your product:

  1. Email us at orders@digitalhustlemart.com
  2. Include your order number from the purchase confirmation email
  3. Describe the technical issue you're facing
  4. We'll resolve it within 1-2 hours (usually much faster)

Most issues can be fixed quickly without any refund needed!

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 Before Payment

  • You can close the payment window at any time before completing payment
  • No charges will be made until you confirm and complete the transaction

4.2 After Payment

  • Once payment is successful, the product is automatically delivered to your email
  • You cannot cancel after payment, as the product has already been delivered
  • There is no "order cancellation" for instant digital downloads

5. Failed Payments & Double Charges

5.1 Payment Failed But Amount Deducted

If your payment failed but your bank/card was charged:

  1. Contact us immediately at orders@digitalhustlemart.com
  2. Provide your transaction ID and payment screenshot
  3. We'll verify with Razorpay payment gateway
  4. If payment actually failed, the amount is usually auto-refunded by your bank within 5-7 days
  5. If payment succeeded, we'll deliver your product immediately

5.2 Duplicate Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same order:

  1. Email us with both transaction IDs
  2. We'll verify the duplicate charge
  3. Duplicate charge will be refunded within 24 hours
  4. Refund will be processed to your original payment method

6. Refund Processing (If Approved)

In the rare case where a refund is approved for technical/payment errors:

  • Approval Time: Within 24 hours of request
  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days
  • Bank Credit: 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (same card/UPI/wallet)
  • Refund Amount: Exact amount you paid (if you used a discount, you get back the discounted price)

7. Your Responsibilities After Purchase

When you purchase a digital product from us:

  • You agree to the Terms & Conditions
  • You understand that all sales are final
  • You will not share, resell, or redistribute the product
  • You will use the product for personal use only (unless specified otherwise)
  • You will not request chargebacks without contacting us first

8. Chargebacks

If you have any issues with your purchase, please email us first at orders@digitalhustlemart.com. We respond quickly and resolve issues within hours.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first will result in:

  • Your account being permanently banned from future purchases
  • Legal action for fraud (we have proof of delivery via email)
  • Your details shared with payment fraud prevention systems
